iOS Subscription Agreement

Important Notice: This Subscription Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the Terms of Service and forms an
integral part thereof. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this
Agreement shall prevail. By using the Your Diary VIP auto-renewal service, you agree to be bound by this
Agreement.
1. Service Overview
Your Diary offers two types of premium membership options to meet different user needs:
1.1 Non-Auto-Renewable VIP
Lifetime Premium Membership: One-time purchase, lifetime premium access, no subscription
renewal required.
- Pay once and enjoy premium features forever
- No recurring charges
- No subscription management needed
1.2 Auto-Renewable VIP Subscription
For users who prefer flexible payment options, we offer the following subscription plans:
📅 Monthly Subscription
Duration: 1 month
Renewal: Automatically renews every month
Best for: Users who want to try premium features with flexibility
🎯 Annual Subscription
Duration: 12 months (1 year)
Renewal: Automatically renews every 12 months
Best for: Long-term users seeking the best value
2. Payment Terms
- Payment Processing: Upon confirmation of purchase, charges will be deducted from your Apple
ID account
- Payment Method: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store payment system
- Pricing: Subscription prices are clearly displayed in the app and may vary by region
- Currency: Charges will be in your local currency as determined by the App Store
3. Auto-Renewal Policy
3.1 Automatic Renewal Process
⚠️ Important: If you have enabled auto-renewal, Apple will automatically charge your account
and extend your subscription 24 hours before the current period ends.
Here's how auto-renewal works:
- 24 Hours Before Expiration: Apple automatically charges your account for the next billing
cycle
- Automatic Extension: Your subscription is extended for another period (monthly or annually,
depending on your plan)
- No Interruption: You continue to enjoy premium features without any service interruption
- Notification: You will receive a receipt via email after each renewal
3.2 Authorization and Consent
By subscribing to an auto-renewable plan, you understand and agree that:
- You authorize Your Diary to charge your iTunes account when your subscription is about to expire
- Renewal will occur automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Successful renewal requires sufficient balance in your account; insufficient funds may result in renewal
failure
- You are responsible for ensuring adequate balance in your account for renewal
4. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, but cancellation must be completed
at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next
cycle.
Cancellation Method: Via App Store
For auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP), please follow these steps to
cancel:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone
- Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Your Diary" from the subscription list
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
After Cancellation: You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of
your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free version.
5. Free Trial
Some subscription plans may include a free trial period. If a free trial is offered with your subscription plan:
⚠️ Important: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends, it will
automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged.
- Trial Duration: The free trial period begins when you confirm your subscription. The
specific trial duration is displayed on the subscription page.
- No Charge During Trial: You will not be charged during the free trial period and may use
all premium features included in the subscription.
- Automatic Conversion: At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically
convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Your Apple
ID account will be charged the subscription price displayed on the subscription page.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel at any time through the App Store → your profile →
Subscriptions. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current period.
- Unused Portion: If you purchase a subscription during an active free trial, any remaining
unused portion of the trial will be forfeited.
- One Trial Per Account: Each Apple ID is eligible for only one free trial per subscription
plan.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund Requests: All refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Processing: We do not directly process refunds; all refunds are handled by Apple
- How to Request: You can request a refund through the App Store or by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com
- Eligibility: Refund eligibility is determined by Apple according to their terms and
conditions
7. Account Limitations
One Apple ID, One Account: The same Apple ID can only be used to enable auto-renewal service
for one Your Diary account. If you attempt to link the same Apple ID to multiple accounts, only the most
recent link will be active.
8. Service Availability and Interruptions
- Continuous Access: We strive to provide uninterrupted access to premium features
- Renewal Failure: If renewal fails due to payment issues, you may lose access to premium
features until payment is resolved
- Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or features
with advance notice
- No Guarantee: While we maintain high service standards, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime
9. Data and Privacy
Your subscription data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and process:
- Subscription status and expiration dates
- Payment transaction records (processed by Apple)
- Account identifier for membership synchronization
Privacy Commitment: We do not have access to your payment card details or Apple ID password.
All payment information is securely managed by Apple.
10. Governing Law
This Subscription Agreement is governed by the same laws and dispute resolution mechanisms as outlined in our Terms of Service.
