1. Agreement Acceptance
Welcome to Your Diary application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Terms of
Service agreement (the "Agreement").
Important Notice: Please read this agreement carefully, particularly provisions that
disclaim or limit liability. If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, please immediately stop
using the App.
2. Service Description
Your Diary is a personal journaling application that provides the following core features:
- Creation, editing, and management of diary entries
- Multimedia content support (text, images, etc.)
- Local data storage and cloud backup
- Cross-device synchronization functionality
- Premium subscription services
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Requirements
- You may sign in to the App using your Google or Apple account
- You must provide accurate and truthful account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials
- Do not share your account with others
- If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership of User Content
You retain complete ownership of all diary content you create. We do not claim any rights to
your personal diary entries. Your diary content is for your personal use only.
4.2 App Usage Authorization
By using this App, you grant us authorization to:
- Store your diary content on your local device
- Provide technical interfaces for third-party cloud backup functionality
- Process data as technically necessary to provide and improve app features
4.3 Intellectual Property Protection
- The App's design, code, trademarks, and other elements belong to us
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
5. Data Backup and Synchronization
5.1 Data Storage Methods
- Local Storage: Your diary data is primarily stored on your local device
- Third-Party Cloud Backup: You can choose third-party cloud services for backup through the
app's data management interface
- User Authorization: Cloud backup can be easily enabled with one tap in the app, and the
system will automatically guide you through the authorization setup
- No Server Storage: Our servers do not store any of your diary content data
5.2 Data Security Commitment
Privacy Protection: We do not store your diary content on our servers, ensuring absolute
privacy security. If you choose to use third-party cloud backup, data will be encrypted and stored directly
to your authorized cloud storage, and we cannot access your private content. For detailed information,
please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Third-Party Cloud Services
- Third-party cloud backup functionality is completely under your control and choice
- You need to sign service agreements directly with third-party cloud service providers
- Data security for third-party cloud storage is the responsibility of the respective service providers
- We are not responsible for the availability or security of third-party cloud services
6. Paid Services
6.1 Premium Features
- Certain features may require a paid subscription
- Subscription prices will be clearly displayed within the App
- Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Some subscription plans may include a free trial period; unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial
ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription (see our Subscription Agreement for full

6.2 Refund Policy
- Refund policies follow Apple's and Google's respective terms
- We do not directly handle refund matters
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Using the App for any illegal purposes
- Attempting to crack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
- Interfering with the normal operation of the App
- Uploading malicious content or viruses
- Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
8. Service Termination
8.1 User-Initiated Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time
- You may delete your account within the App
- Your diary data will remain on your local device and authorized third-party cloud storage
Important: Account deletion will remove your account information from our servers. Your
diary content stored locally and in third-party cloud storage will not be affected.
8.2 Service Interruption
- We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, upgrades, etc.
- We reserve the right to terminate service in cases of serious violations
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability
- We are committed to providing stable and reliable app services
- Data Security Guarantee: We use a local-first storage design with optional third-party
cloud backup, allowing you to choose your preferred storage method
- Even during network interruptions or server maintenance, you can continue to use all app features normally
- If you choose third-party cloud storage, data synchronization and backup features work across devices
- We will notify users in advance of any foreseeable system maintenance periods
9.2 Content Responsibility
- You bear full responsibility for content you create
- We do not monitor or review users' diary content
9.3 Health Disclaimer
- This App does not provide medical advice

10. Privacy Protection
We highly value your privacy rights. For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your

Policy. The Privacy Policy is an important part of this Agreement.
11. Agreement Changes
11.1 Modification Rights
- We may update this Agreement from time to time
- Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications
11.2 Effective Date
- Modified agreements take effect immediately upon publication
- Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the modified agreement
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by internationally recognized digital service standards and complies with applicable
laws and regulations in your region.
In case of disputes, we encourage resolution through friendly negotiation or third-party mediation. We are
committed to complying with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction to safeguard your legitimate rights.
Important Notice: This clause does not affect any mandatory rights you may have as a
consumer under your local laws.
