Welcome to FunHabit application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement").
Important Notice: Please read this agreement carefully. If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, please immediately stop using the App.

FunHabit is a personal habit tracking application that provides the following core features:

- Local data storage and optional cloud backup
- Personalization settings and themes
3. No-Account Design Philosophy
3.1 Local-First Approach
This App features a no-account design with your data primarily stored on your local device. You can use all core features without registration and have complete control over your habit data.
3.2 Optional Cloud Backup
- We provide optional cloud backup functionality
- Backup does not require creating any account with us
- You can enable or disable this feature at any time
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership of User Data
You retain complete ownership of all habit tracking data you create. We do not claim any rights to your personal habit data. Your data is for your personal use only.
4.2 Data Portability Rights
- You can export your habit data at any time

- No account lock-in - your data remains completely free

- The App's design, code, trademarks, and other elements belong to us
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
5. Data Storage and Backup
5.1 Data Storage Methods
- Local Storage: All data is stored on your device by default
- Third-Party Cloud Backup: You can choose third-party cloud services for backup through the app's data management interface
- User Authorization: Cloud backup can be easily enabled with one tap in the app, and the system will automatically guide you through the authorization setup
- No Server Storage: Our servers do not store any of your habit tracking data
5.2 Cloud Backup (Optional)
Privacy Protection: We do not store your habit data on our servers, ensuring absolute privacy security. If you choose to use third-party cloud backup, data will be encrypted and stored directly to your authorized cloud storage, and we cannot access your personal habit information. 5.3 Third-Party Cloud Services
- Third-party cloud backup functionality is completely under your control and choice
- You need to sign service agreements directly with third-party cloud service providers
- Data security for third-party cloud storage is the responsibility of the respective service providers
- We are not responsible for the availability or security of third-party cloud services
6. Usage Restrictions

- This App is for personal use only
- May not be used for commercial or other profit-making purposes
- Do not share your device data with others
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following activities:

8.1 Service Availability
- We are committed to providing stable and reliable app services
- Data Security Guarantee: We use a local-first storage design with optional third-party cloud backup, allowing you to choose your preferred storage method
- Even during network interruptions or server maintenance, you can continue to use all app features normally
- If you choose third-party cloud storage, data synchronization and backup features work across devices
- We will notify users in advance of any foreseeable system maintenance periods
9. Age Restrictions
This App is not suitable for users under 13 years old. If you are under 13, please use this App under parental supervision or stop using it.
